Can I really do FMD while dry-fasting for Ramadan?
Yes! While a full 5-day FMD can be challenging during the first week of Ramadan, our Monthly Bundle is designed to integrate seamlessly into your Iftar and Suhoor windows. We recommend saving the intensive 5-day FMD for mid-month or immediately after Eid for the best physical tolerance.

You don't have to. The Ramadan Bundle is designed so you can enjoy your traditional Iftar meals with family and friends. The ProLon components are used as smart replacements for Suhoor or as snacks in between, ensuring you stay in "rest" mode without sacrificing social connections.
