Refund policy
L-Nutra is committed to customer satisfaction with its products and services. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for products that have already been delivered to the customer, except in the limited cases outlined below.
Non-Subscription Orders

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded after deduction of payment processor/gateway charges and applicable currency conversion fees.

If an order has already been shipped, handling and shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refunds will only be processed after successful return and inspection, where applicable.

If a product is received damaged, the courier must be notified at the time of delivery. Clear photographic proof must be provided.

Upon successful inspection and validation of damage, a refund will be issued within 7 working days of approval.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of payment processor fees, currency conversion charges, and applicable restocking fees.

Handling and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, you must contact Customer Service immediately.
We will send the missing item at no additional cost to you. Refunds will not be issued for missing items.
Subscription Orders

Subscription agreements may be cancelled up to three (3) days prior to the billing date.

Customers must cancel their subscription prior to shipment.

If a subscription order has already been shipped, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Customer Service will process refunds only under the conditions stated above and, where required, after successful return and inspection of the product.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days of validation.
Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.
