Your Liability
IF YOU CAUSE A TECHNICAL DISRUPTION OF THE SITE OR THE SYSTEMS TRANSMITTING THE SITE TO YOU OR OTHERS YOU AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING FROM THAT DISRUPTION.
Other Important Terms
L-Nutra may assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase to any third party at our discretion. Any representations, warranties, and indemnification obligations made or undertaken by you will survive cancellation or termination of your account or relationship with L-Nutra. No delay by L-Nutra in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or shall affect L-Nutra’s ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy. Any waiver must be agreed to by L-Nutra in writing. These Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase supersede any other terms previously published by us and any other representations or statements made by us to you, whether oral, written, or otherwise.
You agree that additional terms and conditions may apply to specific products, orders or your use of certain portions of the Site, including with respect to ordering, shipping and return policies (“Additional Terms”), which Additional Terms are made part of these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall control.
Purchasing Items from L-Nutra
Product Representations. L-Nutra reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products without incurring any obligation to you. L-Nutra takes reasonable precautions to try to ensure that the prices quoted on the Website are correct, and to describe the items available on the Website as accurately as possible and to depict the most up to date packaging. However, when ordering products, please note that L-Nutra does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that product packaging depicted on the Website will match the actual product that you receive. If a product described on the Website is not as described when you receive it, or the packaging on the Website does not match the product you receive, your sole remedy is to return it to us in an unused and undamaged condition in accordance with our Return Policy, which is listed on the Website under Terms and Conditions. L-Nutra’s descriptions of, or references to, products not owned by L-Nutra do not imply endorsement of that product, or constitute a warranty by L-Nutra.
Pricing Errors and Omissions. Please be aware that prices, availability and other purchase terms are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website and to correct errors once discovered. ALA FZO and L-Nutra reserve the right to revoke any stated offer to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover an error has occurred after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of your order.
Order Placement and Acceptance. If you order a product, payment must be received by ALA FZCO prior to ALA FZCO's acceptance of the order. ALA FZCO may require additional information regarding your order if you have not provided all of the information required, and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed. ALA FZCO maintains the right to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged). Your order is expressly conditioned on acceptance of this Agreement. All items are subject to availability, and if not available, we may offer you alternative product(s) of equal quality and value.
Shipping and Risk of Loss. ALA FZCO will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Unless otherwise noted, ALA FZCO will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Although ALA FZCO may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, you understand that those are ALA FZCO’s good-faith estimates and may be subject to change. You further understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. All items purchased from the Website are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. ALA FZCO may reject orders where the stated delivery address is outside the United Arab Emirates.
The estimated delivery time for the shipment of orders with a shipping address in the UAE is 1-2 business days while the delivery time for shipment of orders with a shipping address in all other countries of the GCC is 5-6 business days. ALA FZCO cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance for orders shipped outside the UAE. Payment of taxes, duties & charges applicable on orders placed outside the UAE are the responsibility of the customer, ALA FZCO will not be liable to refund the customer with respect to these charges.
www.prolon.me will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Value Added Tax. In the United Arab Emirates, ALA FZCO is required to collect applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) on all orders. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. ALA FZCO is required to follow the rules of the state. Your final order total will include the appropriate VAT charges.
Payment Information. In ordering products through the Website, by telephone, or otherwise, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete payment information. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you will only provide payment information which is yours or for which you are authorized to provide. ALA FZCO shall have the right to cancel your order or to suspend or terminate your account if we have grounds to believe that you have provided inaccurate, not current, fraudulent, or incomplete payment information to ALA FZCO, or for any other reason that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate. You agree that your placement of an electronic order on the Website is sufficient to satisfy any applicable Statute of Frauds, and no further writing is required.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).
Subscription Program Terms. If you are placing an order online or by telephone as part of our Subscription Program, your membership in the program will remain in effect until it is cancelled or the subscription time period ends. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your membership in the program at any time without notice to you.
IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD, EACH PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF EACH SUCCESSIVE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT OR, IF ELECTED BY YOU AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT, IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS ON APPROXIMATELY THE SAME DATE EACH MONTH, AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED TO US AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND ENROLLMENT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, YOU MAY DO SO BY CALLING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE UNDER CONTACT US or by calling +971-4-2721230 in the United Arab Emirates.
You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid (e.g., loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by calling a customer service representative at the telephone numbers listed on the Website under CONTACT US or by calling +971-4-2721230 in the United Arab Emirates. If you are participating in our Subscription Program using a credit card and your credit card fails to process for a subsequent shipment, your membership in our Subscription Program may be terminated and your account may be sent for collection.
Complaints
Any complaints with regard to missing items or the contents of the Prolon Box should be registered with the Prolon Customer Support center within 14 days of receiving the box for single box orders and upto a maximum of 30 days for three box purchases.
No requests will be entertained after the above said period has passed.

Return/Refund Policy.
ALA is committed to customer satisfaction with its products and services. ALA provides product refunds for unopened boxes or defective ProLon boxes in the following situations:
Non-Subscription Orders
- Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be fully refunded.
- Handling/Shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding amount if the package has been shipped to the customer.
- Refund will only be processed after successful return & inspection.
- Damaged product will be replaced at no cost to the customer after successful product return, it should be noted that the courier should be informed about the damage at the time of receiving.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund handling/shipping charges.
- All orders purchased using promotional codes or during a promotional period will not be refunded.
- Any payment made by the customer towards duties, taxes, clearance charges etc. for orders placed outside the UAE will not be refunded.
Subscription Orders
- Subscription agreements may be cancelled three days prior to when the subscription is billed.
- Customer must cancel subscription prior to shipping, otherwise the customer will be charged.
Customer Service will process refunds for reasons stated above only after product is successfully returned. The processing time for refunds will be anywhere between 15-30 business days. Customers should contact ALA customer service at +971-4-2721230 for product return instructions and updates.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
